I wish I'd kept in touch with my old friends. I've moved a lot in my life, and it's hard to maintain those ties.

It's really tough to stay in one spot when you are wanted for felonies in nine different states.

I probably should not have gone back and picked up my ex-wife when she got so drunk she fell out of the boat trying to light a cigarette as I was crossing a lake full speed.

Something made me look back, and there was her little knot-fucking head, bobbing, a mile from anything.
