Now some are digitized and you can contact them, but they will not just send a copy to any outside individual without authorization. You can go in person and search the archives, as you can in London for deed during the mandate. They are not going to just give you a copy to any old person off the streets. Even the UK archives have more than 50,000 pages of titles and documentation from that period.

We live in an age of instant access, but not for everything more than a few decades old. Public access to government documents are not the same overseas as they are in the US either.

You think even in the US there are not zoning limits to gatherings at cemeteries. A funeral is about family and friends saying good bye, not a political march that would require special permits for more than 50 or so people. I don't know all the county or state limits. Even in Israel it would depend on zoning of the cemetery and streets they would take.
