They became Invaders at Israel's declaration of Independence.
How can they invade their own land ?
Show me the Land Deeds and your Certificate of Sanity, and I'll show you why?
Get the palestinians to show you all their land deeds, that were printed in Beirut, and take them to court to prove authenticity.
Why in the H - E - double toothpicks would any one of the posters have copies of all the deeds. I've been to the archives in Turkey, but I don't have copies of all the documents I had to go through. Now some are digitized and you can contact them, but they will not just send a copy to any outside individual without authorization. You can go in person and search the archives, as you can in London for deed during the mandate. They are not going to just give you a copy to any old person off the streets. Even the UK archives have more than 50,000 pages of titles and documentation from that period.

I can give you the address but you really want to see documents from turkey that are not in English? What are you going to do with them? Even the UK archives, if you need to you can request a copy of a particular plot or search by person but I'm sure there will be fees and other verification with the process.
You get the documents and take them to court and prove them valid. One by one.
Did you really think it was so easy to have all the land documents accessible at the stroke of a key from half way around the world and more than 60 yrs old?
Even in Israel you have to go through Land Registry, Municipality property and tax records as well as Hetel Hashbacha records. For most of those, I hope you read Hebrew.
If you are looking for a particular person or piece of land and have details I can give you addresses or contacts to help you get started. Just understand these will likely not be in english. Many are hand written.
If you just want to see what a deed looks like
Do half of you even think before you "demand" proof of things. Do you have proof of all the deeds in your neighborhood from 60+ years ago at your finger tips and authorization to post them on a message board?
OMG! You can't be that brainless, can you? Even land deeds or registries in the US were mostly hand written till the 19th C. Books and papers are fragile and still being scanned for preservation.
Try going through old documents from NY and Massachusetts. Even Ancestry documents are hand written and can be sketchy and difficult to follow.
We live in an age of instant access, but not for everything more than a few decades old. Public access to government documents are not the same overseas as they are in the US either.
