Border guards noticed an unconcious Palestinian in Hebron, yesterday 5.11, began CPR and finally were able to save his life.

Turns out the Palestinian was electrecuted, and till Palestinian medics arrives, the Israeli forces treated him, turned out- saved his life in process.
