the Supreme Court begin appeal o f Bill 104 that stop families to put students in english public schools.the PQ gouvernement pass Bill 104 in 2005.Pauline Mariois she promise to get more language police t o enforce Bill 104 when she campagne few weeks befojr. Jean Charest and Liberal gouvernement join PQ to pass Bill 104. this make it difficult for many Québec family to put their chiildren to english school. so, why is Charest so happy abaout this? the people of Québec dont want this.
