Supreme Court declines to hear appeal from Black Lives Matter organizer facing damages suit

Why? False comparisons? ANTIFA tried to obstruct official proceedings?
Attacking a Federal courthouse and setting fire to it? That is closer to the intent of the statute than what the J6 protesters were doing- the statute is an obstruction of justice statute.

Garland told the US Attorney in Oregon not to prosecute them at all.

Double standards is the law of the land now. Conservatives get one treatment, liberals get a very different treatment...

What the Jan 6 insurrectionists did.

“On Jan. 6, 2021, a violent mob stormed the United States Capitol and disrupted the peaceful transition of power,” she said. “Many crimes occurred that day, but in plain English, the fundamental wrong committed by many of the rioters, including petitioner, was a deliberate attempt to stop the joint session of Congress from certifying the results of the election. Idiot they had been attacking that courthouse for months.

"Rioters gathered to attack the courthouse for weeks during the summer of 2020, and have also marched on Mayor Ted Wheeler’s home. City police spent almost $8 million responding to the riots, making over 900 arrests throughout 120 consecutive days of unrest."

The Supreme Court per experts will free those citizens to correct a huge travesty of justice.

We shall see. Will their sentences be vacated? Will they be pronounced innocent of crimes? Many of those criminals were found guilty of multiple criminal offenses.

And Trump has 4 counts against him, 2 being tied to obstruction.

Not exactly a win for any of you losers.

You lost when Biden took office. I am really eager to see how Biden does once he is in a court of law.
