SC also ruled that you don't need to have your name on a rental agreement to have a reasonable expectation of privacy if you're legally driving the car.

This is an EXCELLENT result for those who deeply care about the Fourth Amendment.

ESPN just became the biggest name in sports betting. This is so big. Markets not getting this yet.

The major sports have pretended that gambling does not exist

Might as well take it away from the bookies and allow the states and the sports themselves to make money

Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992 @ Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992 - Wikipedia

"The interstate ramifications of sports betting are a compelling reason for federal legislation." In light of these findings, Congress exercised its authority under the Commerce Clause to enact Senate Bill 474 Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA) in 1992, codified at 28 U.S.C. § 3701. [1]

In other words, the ban was on INTERSTATE sports betting.
