The South American slave trade.

^ Yet, not unlike North America, slavery existed in South America even before African slave importation transformed the region’s landscape. After Christopher Columbus’s discovery of the Americas in 1492, much of South America was divided between the Spanish and the Portuguese with the Treaty of Tordesillas in 1494. When the Europeans arrived in South America, they enslaved the native inhabitants and used them as a free labour force to work on their mines and the cotton, sugar, coffee and tobacco plantations that were being developed. Moreover, shortly after the European colonisation, natives of these regions rapidly decreased in number.

The Europeans that came to America brought with them diseases that the natives were unaccustomed to, which has been described by some as the ‘Columbian Exchange’. Diseases such as measles, influenza, mumps, typhus and small pox were detrimental to the Indian inhabitants of South America.
Syphilis

In 1619, the Dutch introduced the first captured Africans to America, planting the seeds of a slavery system that evolved into a nightmare of abuse and cruelty that would ultimately divide the nation.
Although not taught in school, it was the Dutch Jews who started and ran the African slave trade in both North and South America. ....
Portuguese Jews financed the first W. African expedition and built the first sugar plantations off of the coast of W. Africa. An Island they named Sao Tome around 1470.

Álvaro Caminha founded the colony of São Tomé in 1493. The Portuguese came to São Tomé in search of land to grow sugarcane. The island was uninhabited before the arrival of the Portuguese sometime around 1470. São Tomé, situated about 40 kilometres (25 mi) north of the equator, had a climate wet enough to grow sugarcane in wild abundance. 2,000 Jewish children, eight years old and under, were taken from the Iberian peninsula for work on the sugar plantations.[2]

Príncipe was settled in 1500 under a similar arrangement. Attracting settlers proved difficult, however, and most of the earliest inhabitants were "undesirables" sent from Portugal, mostly Jews.

Financed? More like kicked off and taken into slavery during Inquisition.

A small number owned ships, but an Islamist can't miss the opportunity for some taqqiyah,
you really wanna go there - and tell us WHO supplied the slaves?

“It is estimated that possibly as many as 11 million Africans were transported across the Atlantic, 95% of which went to South and Central America, mainly to Portuguese, Spanish and French possessions; only 5% of the slaves ended up in what we call the United States today.

“However, a minimum of 28 million Africans were enslaved in the Muslim Middle East. Since at least 80% of those captured by the Muslim slave traders were calculated to have died before reaching the slave markets, it is believed that the death toll from 1,400 years of Arab and Muslim slave raids into Africa could have been as high as 112 million.”

Mr. Freeman is right. Black history is American history. It ought not be “relegated” to a month, and slavery ought not be relegated to only the European slave trade. The truth about slavery includes the long, extensive and deadly role played by Arab and Muslim slavers.

Wanna tell us what it means,
and why Arabs still to this day call the Africans - 'Abed'?

No? Didn't think otherwise.

Without the Jews organizing and financing the cost of the ships and crews to sail them.
The slave trade to the America's wouldn't have happened so quickly and on such a grand scale. ...

Except that without the millions of slaves made available by the Muslim slave traders,
the handful of ships owned by Jews wouldn't even have whom to ship.

Some ships supplied by a handful of Jews during Inquisition,
versus 30,000,0000 African slaves supplied by Muslims to the highest bidder.

No wonder you'd immediately jump around pointing at all else...

No wonder you'd try to deflect and make it about someone else...
I'm not trying to deflect anything Shlomo....
Everyone was culpable in the African slave trade.
The African tribal chief's captured other blacks and sold them.
Muslim traders bought the captured africans and marched them to the coastal ports to be sold, and then shipped across the ocean..
Jewish bankers financed the purchase of the slaves, the ships, and the crews to transport them to the America's.
Then the Christian's in the America's purchased the black people to be worked as slaves on their plantations.

Yeah exactly, not the lie you tried to make of it initially, some Jews financed some ships, but let's not dance around equating the contribution of the 30,000,000 African slaves supplied to the market by Muslims for the last 14 centuries, and still today in some Muslim states -
to anything anyone has historically done even remotely close in magnitude.

After all you wanted to go there...let's,
don't Muslims market themselves when proselytizing Islam as "liberators of slaves"?

Yeah exactly, some Jews financed some ships,
You are soo comical. ...
The Jews took something that had been going on since Roman times; centuries before Islam and muslims came on the scene.
And turned the ancient practice of slavery into a global enterprise using far more than "some ships". ...

No I know you have difficulty to fathom the simple fact - any part Jews, or any other nation had in slavery for the last 1400 years, doesn't equate to even tenth of what Muslims have been doing, in the Middle East alone, since the invention of Islam.
Not to mention Arab slave trade prior to that.

The irony, sad irony, is Muslims proselytize to everyone telling Islam liberated slaves,
when historically it has actually enslaved more than the entire western world combined.

And those who arrived to Americas,
were too supplied from the Muslims markets.

Total BS,.... but please continue.
I'm enjoying your make believe Juden history lesson. ... ..

That was 30 years after the first financed expedition in which the island was discovered. It is well known that Portugal made Jews convert or they had to leave. That started in 1496-97.

Jews, who traced ancestry back to Iberia, became majority shareholders in the Dutch West India Trading company in Amsterdam.

Well if that's all you could come up with, I don't think I need more proof of how ashamed you feel for having believed in one of the biggest lies in Islam's history.

At least now you know.

Exactly, and the first expedition was in 1493, Álvaro Caminha founded the colony,
after in 1942 (rings familiar?) king John II of Portugal appointed him governor,
sending 2,000 Jewish kids, 8 and below, to work on plantations - as slaves.

Do you need this explained on fingers?

At least now you know.
Yea, I know that zionist Jews love to invent bogus numbers and pretend they are fact. Like the 30 million slaves sold buy muslims.
Or the absurd story of 6 million Juden perishing in the so called holocaust. ... :cuckoo:

I guess you must feel really ashamed if had to go that low to try switch and bait...

But we both now if you had anything to refute,
there wasn't the need to attack the messenger but the data.

Quiet the pathetic attempt at throwing your typical bigotry
as "defense", and in this case against Larry Elder...

So what. I said Jews financed the first expeditions to W. Africa. Jews were heavily involved on the slave trade.

Yes, you said, and were shown to be quiet wrong,
actually one couldn't be more wrong than you still insist on.

First expedition was a year after the Inquisition began, king John II of Portugal who wanted to "Christianize" the island, took 2,000 Jewish kids from parents who weren't able to pay taxes - and shipped them to be worked on plantations.

Do you begin to understand?
