Nowhere you can read something like 'humans are on a journey'
Don't forget God had already destroyed humanity before, only Noah and his family were saved
Jesus spoke almost about Hell, not about Heaven

I firmly believe that no Divine Creator of all would ever create a hell at all. The concept is ludicrous on its face.

This is true.

Which is the number one reason that the Christian God is simply false. Not just false but a logical impossibility.

He is all powerful. He is all knowing. He is all good. He is all loving. And he created logical, moral agents with the express intent that he would torture the vast, vast, vast majority of them in the worst possible way for an eternity because of the temporal crime of not believing a bunch of illiterate peasants who presented zero evidence of their outrageous claims.

IF those basic facts which are the cornerstone of the Christian God are correct, then God is not all good - he is all evil.

And that you accept this as the proper way of things shows that you have an evil faith.

I was raised in one of the Christian religions. My own religious belief is shallow indeed. I do believe in God. I don’t believe that God believes in religion. I certainly don’t believe in eternal damnation for mistakes made during maybe in 100 years of life. It’s far too irrational a thought to ascribe to God.

That is a nice safe bet. No way to prove it, so you will never have to pay. Of course, you will never be able to collect either.
