Biden stopped the Keystone XL, the Keystone is operational and has been for years. The XL was stopped due to it abuse of Native American lands for a private firm which is illegal and it was an investment to allow China direct access to Canadian oil that the Chinese are invested to the tune of 15 billion.

A better question would be, why did Trump take 31/2 years to approve of the keystone XL?

The factions were still waiting on a SETTLEMENT, to an agreed plan for the govt before pulling out support.

Trump kept delaying the date of pulling out because Military leaders said no, the situation isn't stabilized.

Biden should continue the same process and not pull put until agreements are made and conditions are stable.

In medicine and military, the schedule can change if conditions aren't right.

You can schedule when to pull out the feeding or breathing tubes, but if the patient isn't functioning on their own, you can't just pull out or you kill the patient.

And they were not even smart enough to destroy the weapons they left and now will be used against them.

The Afghan army abandoned everything, shedding their uniforms and their weapons. The Afghan airforce fled, leaving the country with some of their planes and helicopters.

You expect the Afghan military to defend the capital when the Afghan president fled the country with $169 million
