There is a Court order protecting him from being sent back to ElSalvador that the Trump administration missed or ignored, which defied the court order.

The admin did not return to the court to request the court order protection be removed in a hearing as required under the law. This hearing is where Garcia would get his due process by arguing that the protection should not be removed, and why....with whatever evidence he may have...

The admin could have deported him to another country that agreed to take him, just not to ElSalvador, which the court order, protects him from being sent.

Something decided in 2019, where he showed evidence in court that proved to the judge that his life would be in danger, if deported there. The Trump admin could have fought the Court's decision at the time, but they chose not to....?

If all the claims are true, then what is the problem with locking him up here and convicting him in a criminal court? I mean, what happened to those rolls of cash? Where are the drugs?

Did you notice the date on the police report? Who was president then? Why did the Trump administration let him go? Why did they protect him? Obviously, you do not know how immigration court works, he was not found "guilty" of gang activity, it was found he could not prove he was not in a gang.

One of the officers involved in this stop was later criminally charged and successfully prosecuted for inappropriate actions as an officer. This is not about Garcia, MS-13, drugs, or violence. This is nothing more than attempt by the Trump administration to avoid "due process". Today, it is Garcia, tomorrow, it is you or I.

I put up a link yesterday that twice court's have dismissed his claims that he was not properly found to have close enough connections to MS-13 (is that the gang) to support deportation ... but he shouldn't have been sent to el salvador. Perhaps ..... anywhere eles.

Actually he WAS granted asylum and there was a court order to NOT return him to el salvador and the order predated Trump's arrest and refusal to abide by court orders. They could have deported him anywhere else, and imo, they should have done so. But team trump is led by idiots. At least until you get to Bessent and maybe the Lutnick guy.
