The due process Garcia is due, is a hearing on the Trump admin requesting the Court to remove the Court order protection. Garcia is due his chance to argue the court order protection for his ElSalvador deportation, should not be rescinded.

In other court cases Trump is being challenged in court for using the alien enemies act so he could deport them without due process/habeas corpus which by law, they would need to receive before deporting them....

Due process is for any innocents mistakenly being accused and caught up in the sweeping arrests. Most of the actual terrorists or criminals do not benefit from their due process hearings....they continue to be carted away....

The process is to make certain no mistakes were made and someone not meeting the criteria to deport, wrongly being carted away.
