The Radical Right Wing Breitfart Site Caught Spreading Lies Once Again

The "far left" is the green party, and they have virtually no influence on american politics.

Those on the far right can keep trying to paint the democrats as being such, but it's going to cost you direly in 2014 just like it did in 2012.

You can only cry chicken little so many times, before the american people realize the far right are full of shit.

The far left wing runs the US democrat party. Obama is a card carrying socialist. That is an extreme left wing point of view.
You are just pissed off because you want a socialist country here, Obama is taking the US in that direction and your side got busted.

Or which party was called out on FOX no less, who said of Paul Ryans speech at the RNC "Liar, liar pants on fire", and FactCheck.org which said that every one of Ryans major talking points was based on a right-wing lie about Obama's proposals.

Yes, why don't right wingers hold their media to a higher standard of truth. Why don't you fact check and then nail these guys when they lie to you?

All that bullshit that Fox spouted about Romney winning in a landslide, the polls being skewed to show Obama leading being false because they talked to too many Democrats, well apparently there were more Democrats out there to talk to because the polls that said Obama was leading the swing states, got it right because he won them.

You live in Canada. Therefore your opinion doesn't count.

You got some of the names wrong...

Puffington Toast, Media Don't Matter, Mother Fvck, Daily Krap...

Your butthurt is strong, but your facts are low.

Why does it not bother you that your propaganda masters are lying to you? :eusa_think:

The far right loonies lap it up because wingnut media specifically geared to them. It's full of simple words and phrases that the low-average highschool dropout can understand, smattered with words like "patriot" to feed their egos. Words like "commie" and "nazi" feed into their limited understanding of political science, they know we fought the commies and nazis, so these libruhls must be very bad people. There's the constant threat of the government either starting a civil war or selling us out to the New World Order to keep the fear going and make them very distrustful of the government. And there are pretty girls like Sarah Palin to wink at the men and talk like someone that's never set foot in several universities. Womenfolk don't need cute men, they can have Uncle Rush and Reverend Beck give them guidance.

What I don't get is why moderate republicans don't kick all those asstards to the curb.
What it YOUR understanding of political science?

The Left's media outlets are more subtle with their lies. While the Right manufactures more outright bullshit than the Left, the Left has a tendency to commit lies of omission more frequently than the Right.

These days, there are are few sources I don't automatically mistrust.

When legislation is at issue, it is far better to read it for yourself. It also helps to actually know how the government works.

When someone is copying and pasting a story making the rounds, it is better to track it down to the original source.

I don't know why people on this forum link to web sites which are clearly not the original source of a story. When you are copying a link, and in the story it says "according to" such-and-such other site, why not link to that?

Linking to Breitbart or Huffpost or the Daily Caller or CNS News screams, "I'm a piss drinker!"

I believe the reason it is more subtle from left wing outlets is because they distort the truth, whereas right wing outlets just make shit up sometimes. I think it was Mark Twain who once said to get your facts straight first, then you can distort them as you please.

I also wonder if those people bashing the Huffington Post know that it was co-founded by Andrew Breitbart. :eusa_whistle:

If the NYT were as stout a defender of it's employees as the WH has been after Briet-Smears then Krugman might have received a pink slip. at least we all know now - the Breit-Smear publication is not to be taken at face value. It's credibility is zilch!

Well that was before Arianna was sent to one of Obama's retraining camps based on Pol Pot's earlier work. (-:

Is this what breitfart is telling you right wing sheep to parrot? This has been at least the 5th "BWAAAAAAK!" of this BS in the thread.

**PRO TIP** If you right wingers actually called out your masters for their lies instead of defending them, you might actually earn some credibility,..

1) We don't have masters to call out (I know this is difficult for you to understand)
2) If we did, they would actually have to lie for us to call them out. The editor making a mistake and then admitting he made a mistake isn't a lie. Especially when it was a mistake originally posted by another media source and just repeated.

When an elected Republican leader apologizes to BP and then gets "rewarded", then, yes, you do have "masters".

I heard that Krugman sat on it and waited to see which right wing media would run with the story. I was hoping it would be Fox.

Remember:

http://www.usmessageboard.com/consp...ama-india-trip-200-million-dollars-a-day.html

instead it was the Boston Globe... oh wait, they arent right wing.

That just about sums it up. If the boston globe was a little bit right of center they would also be part of this thread.

OR NOT:

UPDATE: Boston.com responded, telling the Washington Post‘s Erik Wemple, “The story arrived deep within our site from a third party vendor who partners on some finance and market pages on our site.” The editorial staff itself did not approve it:

Brian McGrory, the Globe’s editor, explains that no editorial official at his paper ever made a decision to post the piece.

“The story arrived deep within our site from a third party vendor who partners on some finance and market pages on our site,” says McGrory. It was never on the Boston.com homepage, says McGrory. “We never knew it was there till we heard about it from outside.” Since the posting went up, McGrory attests to having done “urgent work to get it the hell down,” something that appears to have happened, though not as quickly as McGrory would have liked. “The idea that we’d have a partner on our site is actually news to me,” says McGrory, who vows to “address our relationship with that vendor.”

oops

well it's not like any of you here haven't fallen for the Current..:eusa_whistle:

You live in Canada. Therefore your opinion doesn't count.

My opinion counts just as much as yours does on an internet message board.

Incidentally, the Canadian Radio and Television Commission refused to license FOX News to broadcast in Canada, saying they were not a news network, but rather a station who's sole agenda was to promote and publicize partisan political commentary. And Canada has a Conservative government that wasn't afraid to acknowledge that FOX is not broadcasting the truth.

"It is a melancholy truth, that a suppression of the press could not more compleatly deprive the nation of it's benefits, than is done by it's abandoned prostitution to falsehood."
-- Thomas Jefferson; from letter to John Norvell (June 14, 1807)

they worry over some website, but think nothing of our lamestream media being in the pocket of Obama and the Dnc

I'd take Breitbart over pmsNbc, cnn, abc, cbs nbc

That's the typical response from those on the radical right. They could care less if they are being lied to, just as long as it's the propaganda they want to hear :cuckoo:
