The National Debt Near The End of Q3

Thought we might bump this one up.

I am going to be watching the debt under Trump very closely.

Well, it appears this gets the same attention as Billy000 does for being smart.

There is one congressman consistently opposed to spending and expanding government and government power. He is also the most wrongly maligned member of Congress by the annoying orange and his cheerleaders.

Could you spell out how Trump is making the gov't larger and more intrusive? Seems to be the opposite as far as I can tell. And BTW do you also believe the democrats are not worse? Truth be told, I am not a fan of DJT and I do not like much of what he's doing. But I do not see how your claim is valid.

O.K.

I'll bite. Who are you referencing?

Add in Obligations which are also debts and you are way over
$200 trillion .

Launch the lifeboats .
I believe you are talking "unfunded" obligations such as Medicare...correct ?

Did you know that in in years 1998, 1999 and 2000 we actually had BUDGET SURPLUSES ?

Somehow the debt still increased a little (some of that fuzzy government accounting).

But we took in more than we spent (supposedly).

George Bush threw it all away.

The debt started to grow, but out GOP congress and BUSH really screwed us.

Obama, didn't do a very good job either.

The should make a statue of Bush and every day, throw fresh Bull Feces on it.
