Palestine is just a name for the land. That is what the Romans called it back in their times.

Are you suggesting there were no people there before the creation of the modern nation of Israel?

Romans officially called the country Judea, signifying country of the Jews. Greeks, as well. Persians called it Yehud. Yeah, Jews have lived there a really long time!

Palestine was a later Roman emperor’s nickname. There were no Fakestinians.
