you seem to have the definition of socialism confused with welfare. Welfare is definitely an element of socialism but programs like social security, Medicare, and disability are also socialist and the largest contributors to our nations spending. You think it’s a good idea to keep these programs but would prefer to have them state run…. Is that correct?

Let me ask you something though… what happens with your state run plan when somebody moves from one state to another?That's correct. But again, I don't consider programs people pay into all of their lives socialism. Social programs? Yes they are. What I see as socialism is when you take money from some people to give to others for whatever reason. Social programs are like insurance only run by the government.
For instance my neighbor is a landlord as well. He moved in HUD people because the government uses money they taxed the rich for to accommodate lowlifes into the suburbs. I'm against that. That is socialism. It's also a complete failure as the police have been there nearly a dozen times for noise problems in two years.
What the federal government did is take money from people who pay income tax in an attempt to increase the social status of lowlifes which can't be done. That's socialism to me. Compare that to a person who worked all their lives, retired and get an SS check which isn't enough to live on these days. The government made no attempt to elevate their social status. In many cases they are making less than they were working.

In most cases you'll never get back what you pay into state unemployment unless you're a real scammer. Even then employers see your work record and catch on. I don't understand your question though. Are you asking me how the fed addition of unemployment where people are making more than working a bad thing? I think the answer is pretty obvious.
State and Federal unemployment insurance is employer paid, not by employees. Just a monthy premium paid by employers. You may not pay state taxes when you get the unemployment check, but you WILL pay taxes whenever you file.Why not? You only pay federal taxes when you collect unemployment. SS, Medicare, FICA, state and local taxes are not paid. When you consider those taxes, yes, it's equal to 58K a year.

That table must have a big tablecloth over it -------No, the government is paying women $300-$360 a month for each kid---plus they get welfare, food stamps, free medical, free housing, etc etc...why work when you can breed for money and if you do it right--you get pregnant by different men who have jobs that way they get to pay child support under the table.
