IT's too early for a judge to issue a gag order on anyone releasing so called facts in this case, because I don't think he's had a hearing yet. Has anyone actually seen these engravings or actual video of him entering the scene or leaving it, other than grainy narrated imaged from the media? We quote these things like they were written in the Bible,. How about actual time stamped pictures of the recovered rifle, paraffin tests, etc? Ther is a lot of forensic stuff that the police have and can't release, and hopefully will show up in court, but that seldom happens these days, as deals are made.
