The left system of collective responsibility allows the government to print fiat money. They are always actively used to finance wars. When preparations are underway for war, or when banks buy bonds from governments, this is accompanied by strong issuance and inflation. This allows for a hidden tax system and it gives governments the means to fight wars.

Therefore, wars are always accompanied by strong inflation.
