Because Hungary has no “immigration laws”, as a member of the EU. The polish people voted to join the EU and agreed to EU immigration laws.

All they did is make it illegal for judges to appeal cases to foreign courts. I see no problem with that. We shouldn't allow the World Court to overrule our courts either.

Orban is a dictator? According to Wikipedia Hungary is democracy. Even if he did want to criminalize homosexuality, that doesn't make him a dictator. If the majority votes to criminalize homosexuality, that's democrazy in its purest form.
