The fact that we as a society apparently now require a central authority to tell us there are only TWO genders and that MEN shouldn't be participating in WOMENS sports is already beyond the pale, I'm not sure I can handle having to create a dedicated federal department to keep stating the obvious.

The Federal Government should stay out of it with respect to private or state level interests however the current state of insanity we find ourselves in have required action regarding exclusively federal government interests, like for example 97 different gender options for passports or whether federal taxpayer dollars should go to sporting activities where Men are allowed to compete in Women's sports.
I have a daughter and I sure as hell will never support men pretending to be women playing in women’s sports. My first grandbaby was born eight months ago. He’s a great boy. I expect a granddaughter soon as my daughter is trying and I sure as hell not gonna support her competing with men as she grows up in sports falsely claiming they are women. Reasonable people get this and this is why you lost again to Trump. Get over the woke men are women bullshit because that is gonna kill your party forever with every reasonable person!
