Correct, a number of people rioted. But in the video, as soon as I saw snippets of Trump's speech used to change the meaning, it's simply a propaganda video. But thank you, I went onto YouTube and flagged it as misleading.

The only video regarding Jan 6th that hasn't been edited, is Trump's speech. That's what you need to watch. Then you will say, "Hang on, Trump didn't ask anyone to commit violence and riot". Try impartial videos as opposed to spreading fake news.

If you want to follow something with violence and death, that many on the American Left swept under the carpet, look at the BLM riots.

You aren’t making sense. Biden and Democratic leadership condemned rioting but not protesting over the summer. Right wing nuts only wanted Biden to say black people suck. That is BS. The cause over that summer was a just cause but not the isolated rioting. That was the message.

There was a concerted effort to undermine election results all winter by democrats which ended up in an attempt to forcefully interrupt, if not stop, the vote. You should be condemning that just like Biden did. Follow his example.

I, for one, applaud the good poster "Theowl32" for making the most traction-full case for why we need the Congressional Committee investigating the January 6th Insurrection/Attack.

After all, if it was ANTIFA in MAGA-drag the investigation will reveal that.

Matthew Greene, 34, has also agreed to cooperate with the government. He is believed to be the first member of the group to do so.
Prosecutors say Greene was in the "first wave" of rioters to cross police lines, though Mr Greene's lawyer claims he did not enter the Capitol building.
He now faces up to 51 months in prison.
While his charges - one count of obstruction of an official proceeding and one count of conspiracy to obstruct - carry a total potential penalty of up to 25 years in prison plus fine, Greene will receive a shorter sentence as a part of his plea deal.

Judge Dabney Friedrich, a Trump appointee on the US District Court for the District of Columbia, rejected arguments from two Capitol riot defendants that Congress’ certification of now-President Joe Biden’s electoral victory wasn’t an “official proceeding” for the purposes of the statute.

The judge also dismissed assertions that the term “corruptly” was unconstitutionally vague in the statute and that the two defendants’ conduct didn’t “obstruct, influence, and impede” the proceedings of January 6.
