Looks like their total LNG exports are down since 2022.
That's what you meant to say, right?
They're selling less energy.

Has the Russian economy collapsed because that’s what we were told was going to happen. No one said ( or at least I never said) the Russian economy was bigger than ever or that it was outpacing the rest of the world economies. They are far more self sufficient now which is not a good thing for US hegemony. The significance of Europe purchasing a record amount of their LNG is that it illustrates just how dependent they are on it. China and especially India deciding to not play along with the sanctions is also not a good sign for US hegemony or the Euro/American focus of world affairs. India basically said why should I give a shit if Russia invades Ukraine or the rest of Europe?Record sales to the EU but less total sales mean Putin is winning, right?

So I’ll ask again has the Russian economy collapsed? If it hasn’t then yes Putin is kindof winning.
It is absolutely certain, 100%, that if we now conduct a truly anonymous poll of all residents of the former Soviet republics, the vast majority will vote for a return to the “bloody and inhumane period of Russian occupation”
