Sequences were mapped using the Mollweide projection, and, in all cases, are by Ron Blakey.

Eleven years in here and you still haven't figured out how to formulate a meaningful question or analyze facts in order to produce a valid conclusion. The one thing you have shown us all over and over and over again is that you have absolutely no interest in finding the truth about anything.

Correct

I only care about who's not winning....because it is the only thing that matters.

Anyway....I've never understood the interest in people being part of group navel contemplation sessions.
Seems silly to me....

It's like fiction book discussion groups. I guess it's a thing to some....I think it ghey.

Long ago I concluded....correctly I might add...that the climate obsessed were desperate to find something....anything....meaningful in their lives and grabbed on to global warming. It dominates their thinking.

Thankfully, a vast majority of the public waaaaaay to busy to bother themselves with shit that seems light years down the list of life concerns. It's quite elementary.

Crick man....you need a hobby.

PV and wind systems have been growing at an overwhelming pace, far outstripping new installations of any fossil fuel technology. And to what siting problems do you refer?

So nothing endemic to renewables that isn't easily correctable. Good to hear.

Surely when you look around you can see that the rest of the world isn't buying your arguments. Wind and PV are growing at a tremendous pace while coal heads for the dugout. Almost every car maker on the planet has shutdown ICE development and production and are spending billions to start putting out good EVs. Solar panels on homes are popping up like shiny black mushrooms and Trump's rejection was a unique (and embarrassing) outlier on a global basis. You are undeniably on the losing side. But, hey, if you want to think you're smarter than the hundreds of thousands of real scientists and the billions of other people who have accepted their conclusions, you go right ahead. Maybe they can rename the Dunning-Kruger Effect: Dunning-Ding-Kruger. Has a nice flow to it.

Surely you don't think car manufacturers are making decisions based upon what customers want rather than what government regulations are driving.

As for the utility companies "forced" conversion to renewables, I'm happy enough to wait for the predictable surprises to play out and the finger pointing to begin.

Can't wait for the realization that solar will usher in the next glacial cycle either.

Never made the claim I am smarter than anyone else but your attempt to paint me as dumber than everyone else makes you the poster child for the dunning effect. ;)

Define "tremendous pace" you fool. Not even 3% of sales right now. C'mon man! You and I will be in our boxes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay before there is any significant impact on the 14 million+ sales of conventional vehicles. You're talking snail that just left the Lincoln Tunnel in NYC headed to DC.

Wind and solar account for approximately 7% of grid electricity. C'mon man! I live on the north shore of Long Island in New York. Hardly any solar panels on the houses of any neighborhood........2 or 3 out of every hundred. On my block of about 30 houses.......zero solar paneled houses. W0W.........that's impressive. And this area on Long Island one of the most well to do areas in the United States btw.........d0y........who's not winning?

In the real world, nobody is caring that much about any of your stuff. You're an Oz dweller like all of the alarmist nutters.

Car manufacturers are acting on the knowledge that fossil fuels are harmful to the planet and will soon be phased out.

Utility companies are converting to renewable energy technology far, far faster than any government regulation is requiring them. If you disagree, show me the regulation and perhaps you could add some commentary from utility executives saying they are only changing due to the regs.
Can't wait for the realization that solar will usher in the next glacial cycle either.
For god's sake don't hold your breath on that one. Had you heard that the hum of wind turbines causes cancer?
Never made the claim I am smarter than anyone else but your attempt to paint me as dumber than everyone else makes you the poster child for the dunning effect. ;)

When you tell us they are all wrong and then provide what you claim to be the correct answer, you are most certainly claiming to be smarter than them. And you'll have to show me some Dunning-Kruger work that says my calling you dumb for making statement after statement after statement that a 7th grader would know was nonsense qualifies me as a DK sufferer.

So when I disagree with someone and you judge me to be wrong that's me thinking I am smarter than others? You couldn't be a better example of the dunning effect if you tried.

Car manufacturers are acting on the knowledge that fossil fuels are harmful to the planet and will soon be phased out? Are you even listening to yourself?

Utility companies are converting far faster than required by the government and that means the government is requiring them to? Again... Are you even listening to yourself?

I am listening for you to attempt to refute me. "Are you listening to yourself" doesn't actually say much. Show me some evidence to support your claims.

You should be listening to yourself because you are refuting yourself.
