Incorrect. Mattis called Trump's agreement with the Taliban the surrender agreement. That agreement freed members of the Taliban from prison. It was done without working with the afghan government, and that caused the Afghangvernment to walk out. Trump left a mess there.

And the fact they were yelling at Zelensky instead of Putin shows their stupidity and cowardice. Zeensky didn't start the war, and the war should not end on Putins terms. There should have been no signing and Zelensky should never sign an agreement to give away valuable resources in return for nothing
