You're kidding right? There is a legal question as to what rights a former President should have to possess materials generated while in office. It's a question that existed before Trump was in office...something that most likely that will be decided by the Supreme Court at some point.

Why would Joe Biden interfere in the justice department prosecuting a criminal? You should ask yourself this question above all else. The only thing sleazy here is Donald Trump.
