The disorienting nature of gaslighting.

Only people who have not read the indictments against Dotard still believe he's innocent.

Putin will never face charges of war crimes in the Hague. Does that make him innocent?
Look at your post. Bbbbbut, Bbbbbut, Bbbbbut, we don't need trials in America--everyone knows he's guilty. LOL, Try again. Another one of you mental midgets has grabbed ahold of the diatribe that judges can unilaterally convict him of rape in spite of the fact that NO CHARGE, TRIAL OR CONVICTION has EVER existed. I'm sure glad you morons don't run the justice system--we bit the bullet when we voted the democrats out.

Every utterance coming from the regime requires independent, critical thought. Because the construct it's trying to create doesn't match objective reality. Is a policy induced slowdown in the economy and the resultant decline in the stock market a "healthy correction?" In trumpworld it is. Are rulings blocking the regime's unconstitutional actions coming from "activist judges?" Or is it necessary to discredit the rulings in order to manipulate the public's perception of what is happening.

GFY.
Gaslighting AND TDS^^^^^^

Indictments are meaningless. There is no proof that Trump did anything illegal. There is proof of lawfare on the Biden's regime's part. Biased prosecutors, biased judges that take fake evidence and indict.

Just one case in point; Trump gets a loan, he pays it back. The bank is happy. Biased prosecutors try to claim Trump's property was over valued and used tax assessment as 'proof.' Anyone vaguely familiar with property appraisal for loan purposes would NEVER use assessed value as their opinion of value.

They tried to prosecute Trump for overvaluing his property but, anyone can tell a bank what they 'think' their property is worth, it's not illegal. It's up to the bank to do their due diligence before making the loan which most often requires not only an unbiased opinion of value but, researching the borrower's ability to pay. Trump's loan was paid back in full.

Yet here you are in your glittering ignorance pretending you know Trump is somehow guilty. You're an ignorant loon.

Gaslighting is defined as the manipulation of someone into questioning their own perception of reality.

It’s not just impeachments. Republicans are eyeing other ways to rein in federal judges.

House Republicans don’t have the votes to impeach any federal judges. But a growing number of hard-liners is discussing several other legislative options as GOP leaders search for a release valve for the MAGA fury building over recent court rulings checking President Donald Trump.

Top Republicans are likely to put at least one bill, California Rep. Darrell Issa’s “No Rogue Rulings Act,” on the floor in early April, according to two people granted anonymity to discuss scheduling plans. The legislation would crack down on the ability of lower-court judges to issue far-reaching injunctions.

House Republicans have filed impeachment resolutions targeting four district judges, including one this week targeting the jurist who sought to block Trump’s effort to deport alleged gang members to El Salvador. Trump publicly backed the impeachment push, and Musk quickly fanned the flames on X, his social-media platform, calling the deportations ruling part of a “judicial coup.”

But there is widespread recognition inside the House GOP that impeachments — besides being costly in time and political capital — do not have the votes to succeed given Republicans’ narrow majority. That has prompted GOP hard-liners to back-channel with Trump allies on alternatives they could push across the House floor.

“Activist judges, particularly in D.C., think that they are the Trump resistance — the Trump political resistance,” said Mike Davis, a close Trump ally who runs an outside judicial advocacy group. “What they are doing is lawless and dangerous, and it must be stopped.”

I've pointed out a number of times how effective the Right has been in creating specious, counter factual narratives to address political vulnerabilities. Karl Rove was expert at it. Bush had a weakness relative to John Kerry over their respective service in the military. Kerry went to war in Vietnam, George stayed home and pretended to be a pilot in the ANG. So Kerry got swift boated, problem solved. trump's epic corruption and law breaking leading up to the 2024 election needed obfuscation. So the Right fabricated a fiction that he was the victim of persecution.

Darrel Issa, in Orwellian fashion, has introduced a bill named the "No Rogue Rulings Act" to deal with judges making rulings on rogue EO's and directives coming from the regime. How very diabolically clever. Some trump ally said of judges, “What they are doing is lawless and dangerous, and it must be stopped.” I can hardly think of a better way to describe what trump and Co have been attempting. Joe Biden was accused of weaponizing the DoJ because it tried to respond to trump's lawlessness. A preemptive strike to provide cover for trump turning Pam Bondi in to his personal attack dog and protector.

Justice Dept. Tries to Intervene on Trump’s Behalf in Jan. 6 Lawsuits

The department employed a maneuver that could protect the president from legal and financial consequences in a series of civil suits.

Even GOP-appointed judges are resisting Trump's agenda

Yes. You are extremely disoriented.

That is why banks and RE professionals use independent appaisers and 'comps' to determine values of properties. Kudos.

You watching CNN doesn’t count as reading the indictments.

Yeah, and he's a friggin' Marxist loon.
Trump has yet to comment publicly. White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said the people listed on the proclamation “were persecuted and put through hell by the Biden Administration for challenging an election, which is the cornerstone of democracy. Getting prosecuted for challenging results is something that happens in communist Venezuela, not the United States of America, and President Trump is putting an end to the Biden Regime’s communist tactics once and for all.”

The list of 77 people also includes other high-profile Trump allies including attorneys Sidney Powell, John Eastman and Kenneth Chesebro, and Trump's chief of staff in 2020, Mark Meadows. The pardon is written in broad language that exonerates "all" citizens accused of election interference.

As noted in the preface to Jack Smith's indictment of trump, it was Don's right to challenge the election results. It wasn't his right to commit crimes in an effort to overturn the results.

The more Karoline opens her mouth the more Orwellian she sounds.

Judge dismisses Trump election interference racketeering case in Georgia

McAfee’s ruling came shortly after state prosecutor Peter Skandalakis moved to drop the case against Trump and his remaining co-defendants “to serve the interests of justice and promote judicial finality.”

He noted that the prospect of bringing the case against Trump to trial would take years, as there is “no realistic prospect that a sitting President will be compelled to appear” in court and it would be “impossible” to quickly proceed after he leaves office in 2029.

Anyone who has heard the tape of trump's call to Raffensberger knows the country was not served by dropping the case. As if the Criminal-in-Chief hadn't already been emboldened enough by escaping accountability for his crimes this adds to the list. Once again Americans are denied justice.

A panel of three federal judges in North Carolina on Wednesday allowed the state’s newly redrawn congressional map to go into effect for the 2026 midterm elections, a victory for the Trump administration and Republican efforts to retain control of the U.S. House next year.

The judges, at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, unanimously sided with the state’s Republican leaders, whose lawyers had argued that their motivations to draw a new map were partisan — not because of race or political retaliation, as the plaintiffs had claimed. That distinction was important because the U.S. Supreme Court effectively blessed partisan gerrymandering in a 2019 ruling.

So..............the USSC ruled you can't cheat based on race but you can cheat based on partisanship. WTF!

Is that what it says? That we don't need trials? Nope. It says, "Only people (like you) who have not read the indictments against Dotard still believe he's innocent."

GFY.

And you didn't even know what gerrymandering was until your democrat media masters told you. They weren't concerned at all about partisan gerrymandering when the democrats were doing it in MA and CA for the past 50 years. Wise up, junior.

AI Overview

While Massachusetts has a historical connection to the origin of the term "gerrymandering," the state's current congressional districts are generally not considered to be gerrymandered in a way that gives one party an unfair partisan advantage.

GFY, rube. Prior to Dotard, no collection of states have ever responded to a direct request by the prez to enact mid decade gerrymandering schemes in order to maintain control of the House.

You truly are naive or fatally stupid if you believe that ^^^ claptrap.

Like those that Adam Schiff assured us he had, I still haven't seen any.
WASHINGTON — Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) said Thursday he was pleased with video footage he had just seen in a classified briefing that showed two survivors of a U.S. military strike on an alleged drug boat being killed in a follow-up strike, an incident that has alarmed lawmakers in both parties and sparked calls for investigations of potential war crimes or outright murder.

These were “righteous strikes,” Cotton, who chairs the Senate Intelligence Committee, told reporters on Capitol Hill. He was one of several lawmakers briefed by Admiral Frank Bradley and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair Gen. Dan Caine on the Sept. 2 boat strikes in the Caribbean, near Venezuela.

“The first strike, the second strike, and the third and the fourth strike on Sept. 2 were entirely lawful and needful and they were exactly what we would expect our military commanders to do,” he said.

We've reached a point where R's think they can bend reality by a force of will.
