The Democrats' Judicial Resistance Strikes Again

I have nothing to do with it. I believe and abide by the Constitution. To you it seems that is more of a guideline than the actual structure to our government, sad as that seems to be.
You hide behind a false loyalty to the Constitution when what you really want is mob rule led by anti trumpers

These rogue judges are abusing their authority

When their decisions are overturned as they usually are the should be removed from office or defunded

Which a republican House can do if all else fails

Impeachment is the only way and that will never happen. You also cannot sue a federal judge. They have immunity unless they commit a crime.
Incorrect.

Congress can simply close that particular Court. The Constitution allows ONLY for a Supreme Court. Any other Federal Courts are at the pleasure of Congress.

Can the Judge be 'fired'? Not really but Congress can shut down that Court and re-assign her 'Lifetime Appointment' to a Court in the Aleutians.

Your thoughts are very linear.

Federal Judges better watch their asses because this shutdown provides OMB with a perfect opportunity to close some Courts and defund some others.

dimocrap scum gonna cave. They have to. OMB won't. And when they do cave like the cowards they are, OMB and Congress can take revenge on Anti-American Courts.

The Judges? Who cares what happens to them. We can assign them to meaningless roles in meaningless systems like the Patent Office or Traffic Court. jk on the traffic court. But Congress and OMB can, and SHOULD, shut down some of those Courts and then watch as the renegade Anti-American Judges are spit on by their Colleagues for uprooting them from Cushy jobs. Now they all have to go to work in the Swamps of Alligator Alcatraz or the Louisiana Lockup.

We can't fire the Judges. But we can make them wish we had. We can make their lives so miserable, they'll go back to that POS Liberal Arts College and sweep floors for a living. Which is all most of them are qualified to do anyway

Suppose a MAGA congress merely cuts off funds for the rogue lib judges and lets them keep the black robes while they die on the vine?

On subsequent occasions when Congress eliminated Article III courts, the legislation provided for judges from the abolished courts to continue to serve on other Article III courts. In 1891, Congress enacted legislation creating new intermediate appellate courts and eliminating the then-existing federal circuit courts.
The 1891 Act authorized sitting circuit judges, who had previously heard cases on the circuit courts, to hear cases on the new appellate courts.<Congress again exercised its power to abolish a federal court in 1913, eliminating the short-lived Commerce Court. The 1913 legislation provided for redistribution of the Commerce Court judges among the federal appeals courts. In 1982, Congress enacted legislation abolishing the Article III Court of Claims and U.S. Court of Customs and Patent Appeals, instead establishing the Article I Court of Federal Claims and the Article III U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit

No. Not how it works. Try again, with feeling

"Judge orders Bovino to appear in court every weekday to report on immigration enforcement

The Border Patrol chief must himself wear a body camera and turn over all agents’ use of force reports by Friday, the judge added.

CHICAGO — U.S. Border Patrol chief Gregory Bovino, who appeared in federal court on Tuesday sporting his trademark dark green uniform and crew cut, seems likely to become a regular presence there.

U.S. District Court judge Sara Ellis ordered Bovino, the Border Patrol sector chief overseeing the agency’s operations in Chicago and previously in Los Angeles, to appear in federal court each weekday at 6 p.m. to report on daily immigration operations. She also ordered that he turn over all agents’ use of force reports from Sept. 2 through Oct. 25, as well as the bodycam footage corresponding to those reports, by Friday.

The exchange highlights the mounting tensions between immigration officials and residents across the Chicago area, particularly after Bovino and immigration agents were captured on video and in photos deploying chemical agents in numerous residential neighborhoods. Attorneys argued the actions were in violation of Ellis’ temporary restraining order issued on Oct. 6 which said immigration authorities must curb the use of tear gas and chemical agents when they are not under threat, especially where the general public could be affected.

In that order Ellis also instructed immigration agents to wear — and turn on — their body cameras."

The Democrats' judicial resistance continues. This is insane harassment of the executive branch.

What I don't believe in is JUDICIAL TYRANNY. :eusa_hand:
The answer to that is really simple -- The Executive can Ignore them. Seriously. What are they gonna do about it?

Try -- Nothing. Because, there is nothing they can do. At all. The only power the Judicial Branch has is what the Executive Branch allows them to have. If the Executive chooses to ignore them -- It's over.

Know why? Because the Executive holds all the Police power and all the Military Power. The Judicial Branch mostly holds their dicks
