The Democrats' Judicial Resistance Strikes Again

We need to hold partisan lib judges accountable for judicial obstruction

If that means impeachment thats ok with me

If even one judges is removed from their cushy lifetime appointment the others will behave themselves
How are you going to convince Senate Democrats to impeach one of their own, dumbass? Your continued ignorance is very annoying!

Call your Congressman and have them file a bill! They will laugh their ass off at such a futile gesture.

I’m introducing an idea that obviously flies way over your head

When enough American voters agree that bad judges should not be tolerated we can work out a remedy

Unfortunately business-as-usual types like you will never be part of the solution

It's called a constitutional amendment. You will get about as much result out of that as you would an impeachment. Not business as usual, just stating facts!

Why don't you get right on these plans of yours? I love to see people tilting at windmills because they are ignorant! Democrats do it all the time. I tend to avoid it.

Who told you bad judges can only be removed by impeaching them?

Congress could adopt a law stating for instance that 3 reversals within 5 years is grounds for removal

Or twice in one year

Or some other standard

What does the Constitution say about federal judges serving for life except for misconduct? Never read it have you? Reversals on appeal are not misconduct as much as you seem to think it should be.

Any law like you propose would be unconstitutional. Keep up your fantasies if it gives you are warm fuzzy, but it is never going to happen. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Misconduct is whatever congress says it is

The black robes are not as safe as you think

Or the judicial branch can purge its own without congress

"Judge orders Bovino to appear in court every weekday to report on immigration enforcement

The Border Patrol chief must himself wear a body camera and turn over all agents’ use of force reports by Friday, the judge added.

CHICAGO — U.S. Border Patrol chief Gregory Bovino, who appeared in federal court on Tuesday sporting his trademark dark green uniform and crew cut, seems likely to become a regular presence there.

U.S. District Court judge Sara Ellis ordered Bovino, the Border Patrol sector chief overseeing the agency’s operations in Chicago and previously in Los Angeles, to appear in federal court each weekday at 6 p.m. to report on daily immigration operations. She also ordered that he turn over all agents’ use of force reports from Sept. 2 through Oct. 25, as well as the bodycam footage corresponding to those reports, by Friday.

The exchange highlights the mounting tensions between immigration officials and residents across the Chicago area, particularly after Bovino and immigration agents were captured on video and in photos deploying chemical agents in numerous residential neighborhoods. Attorneys argued the actions were in violation of Ellis’ temporary restraining order issued on Oct. 6 which said immigration authorities must curb the use of tear gas and chemical agents when they are not under threat, especially where the general public could be affected.

In that order Ellis also instructed immigration agents to wear — and turn on — their body cameras."

The Democrats' judicial resistance continues. This is insane harassment of the executive branch.
They can't enforce that ruling unless the Executive Branch wants it enforced. Period.

Is that ditzy ***** going to personally arrest him? :auiqs.jpg:

What will happen is she will instruct the US Marshalls Service to go after hime and they will tell her to go **** her pet Poodle.

Done....
And Done. The Judicial has no power other than what the Executive Branch grants it. They can make all the pretend-land rulings they want, but unless the Executive branch enforces them, they're bullshit.

I have lost all respect for the Judicial Branch. SCOTUS needs to step in and slap this ***** down before the whole Country starts to just ignore ALL Judges.

The Trump admin will just keep appealing and let the SCOTUS smack these fascist democrat judges down.
The federal judges are crippling their power in the long run by losing the respect of the American People.

There must be a violation of the law. You are full of it as per usual.

From your 1st link: "Similarly, Article III conditions a judge’s tenure on continued “good Behaviour”

Did you check the date on your source? It's 20 years old and is probably a law school project. If it was so-groundbreaking, why haven't any judges been removed from office without impeachment if this was such a good idea? It is not a law, nor will it ever be. You need to learn the difference.

From your second link: "However, the judiciary also has internal mechanisms to address misconduct that does not rise to the level of impeachment."

None of those actions cited involved removal from office and mostly listed state court cases. You do know how to read case citations, I assume? What a lawyer lists on his firm's web site, is just to show he knows how to write. It goes nowhere.

If you are going to invest the time and effort in trying to prove someone wrong, on a topic where you are a rank amateur, you might want to actually read your sources to make certain they say what you think they do. Neither of your links did. Neither were valid sources in the first place. You merely found someone who agrees with you, and you are both wrong.

Its not law but could be

Over your objections of course

Is NBC news offended by a green uniform and a crew haircut? Too macho for the sissie transgender network? In case anybody is wondering there is no such thing as "judicial resistance".

These depraved sexual deviant Democrats need to be driven into exile on a far away continent the sick bastards.

Sounds like judicial abuse of power and harassment.

Time to appeal.

It will be unconstitutional if passed. No, I have no objections to amending the Constitution, but I have shown you that is impossible just are your silly plans would be!
Nothing will ever happen if people like you can prevent if

A little hyperbolic, don't you think? The entire executive branch?

Exactly how is this judge ignorant of the law? Which law?

If you want to make a point, please ensure your ducks are in a row.

I agree her actions are excessive, but a higher court has to make that determination. The proper response is to appeal her decision to a higher court and have it overturned.
The judge is clearly ignorant of the Constitution.
