Yep, the ambulance issue is a real problem especially in rural areas which have been some of the hardest hit. Moscow Mitch McTurtle doesn't care. People have been croaking of mysterious respiratory illnesses for ages. My grandfather passed in 1982, and his symptoms at the time of his death sounded a lot like a case of the 'Ronas.
