but, i do know this much:

The PRA says that “upon the conclusion of a President’s term of office, … the Archivist … shall assume responsibility for the custody, control, and preservation of, and access to, the Presidential records of that President.” More importantly, it says that the United States “shall reserve and retain complete ownership, possession, and control of Presidential records.” The PRA also says that the archivist “shall deposit all such Presidential records in a Presidential archival depository or another archival facility operated by the United States”

but just throwing out insults isnt going to resolve the issue.

I provided the motion from the DoJ that proved you wrong. The DoJ requested a stay for Cannon’s order only for the classified documents. Those are the only documents they’re interested in. The appeal court granted their motion in total.

The special master can review the newspaper clippings. No one gives a shit about those.

The DoJ got everything they asked for in the court of appeals. Based on the ruling from the court of appeals, Cannon was totally off base on every part of her ruling and the special master should have never been appointed.

But no one gives a shit about the special master anymore. They’re only a problem for Trump now.

As reported and I have pointed out repeatedly, President Trump is the DECLASSIFYING AGENT for all of the classified documents he intended to tale with him when he left office / the WH.

That means he could- AND DID - personally declassify all of the documents he took with him BEFORE HE LEFT.

It is being reported that the DOJ and FBI wanted to raid / collect the UNCLASS documents whose markings had not been fully updated and potentially charge Trump with having classified documents.
