1. Please cite the "testify with a burning in the bosom" in the Bible. I do not believe you'll find it there. It's LDS stuff.

2. All Scripture is God-breathed--2 Tim 3:16. The problem with LDS is that they ADD to it.

If you will observe, it is the only Church going back to the time of Christ and the 12 (See: Early Church Fathers, many of whom knew the Apostles)

The Catholic church has made the big compromise by accepting Darwinian evolution and is now in trouble with a threatening split happening. They thought that creation and evolution could be reconciled together but that was obviously impossible.

This church may have its flaws but they won't compromise with accepting evolution.

Without meaning to be insulting, this church has a flock that is well suited to believe in creation and interpreting their bible as the literal word of the god.

As a Deist, I try to look at all the major religions objectively. The stories of Angel Moroni and the Golden Plates is as far fetched as the Prophet Mohammed ascending to Heaven on a winged horse, in my opinion.
