1. An anti-aging vaccine, pill or gene therapy that slows down or stops aging. This would extend life spans.
2. 3-d bioprinting. Imagine being able to print any organ you need

The ability to edit your genetic code to kill off cancer, have your own body to heal your heart or any organ and enhance yourself as a person(higher iq) or even allow for future males to have wombs. This would allow parents to lower the odds of cancer, heart disease or choose how their children looks like.

5. Warp drive. We aint going anywhere outside of maybe Mars and maybe titan without it.
