So far, I haven't seen anything near as low as 7.0% since January 10, 2009 when this was made public.

7.8% is as low as unemployment has been since 2008. But VOTES should decide the selection, if the right wing will allow such a messy method of selection. Lawsuits are much more compact, and NEATER.
