Why do I need to do that for you to say what resurrection you are talking about when you reference Matthew 24:29-31?
Rstrats, maybe this will help:
Per Daniel:
Dan 12:1 “At that time Michael will stand up, the great prince who stands for the children of your people; and there will be
a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time.
At that time your people will be delivered, everyone who is found written in the book.
Dan 12:2
Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to
everlasting life, and some to
shame and everlasting contempt.
Dan 12:3 Those who are wise will shine as the brightness of the expanse. Those who turn many to righteousness will shine as the stars forever and ever.
Mat 24:29
But immediately after the oppression of those days, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light, the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken;
Mat 24:30 and then
the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky. Then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory.
Mat 24:31 He will send out his angels with
a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together
his chosen ones from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.
Jer 30:3 For, behold,
the days come,’ says Yahweh, ‘that
I will reverse the captivity of my people Israel and Judah,’ says Yahweh. ‘
I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they will possess it.’”
Jer 30:4 These are the words that Yahweh spoke concerning Israel and concerning Judah.
Jer 30:5 For Yahweh says:
“We have heard a voice of trembling; a voice of fear, and not of peace.
Jer 30:6 Ask now, and see
whether a man travails with child. Why do I see every man with his hands on his waist, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned pale?
Jer 30:7
Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it. It is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he will be saved out of it.
Jer 30:8 It will come to pass in that day, says Yahweh of Armies, that
I will break his yoke from off your neck, and will burst your bonds.
Strangers will no more make them their bondservants;
Jer 30:9
but they will serve Yahweh their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up to them.
The Messiah clearly stated that He would return, after the "Abomination of Desolation", which will require the building of the Third Temple, as well as the "Little Horn"/"Beast", or whom "Christianity" calls the "Antichrist", entering that Temple, & proclaiming himself to be "God".
Jeremiah, Daniel, & Matthew, speak of One Resurrection, whereas Revelation speaks of two parts to that "Resurrection":
The Thousand Years
Rev 20:1 I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand.
Rev 20:2 He seized the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole inhabited earth, and bound him for a thousand years,
Rev 20:3
and cast him into the abyss, and shut it, and sealed it over him, that he should deceive the nations no more, until the thousand years were finished. After this, he must be freed for a short time.
Rev 20:4 I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them.
I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus, and for the word of God, and such as didn’t worship the beast nor his image, and didn’t receive the mark on their forehead and on their hand. They lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
Rev 20:5 The rest of the dead didn’t live
until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Rev 20:6
Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over these, the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with him one thousand years.
The Defeat of Satan
Rev 20:7 And after the thousand years,
Satan will be released from his prison,
Rev 20:8
and he will come out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to the war; the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
Rev 20:9 They went up over the width of the earth,
and surrounded the camp of the saints, and the beloved city.
Fire came down out of heaven from God and devoured them. (Ezekiel 38:, 39
Rev 20:10 The devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet are also.
They will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
Judgment Before the Great White Throne
Rev 20:11
I saw a great white throne, and him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. There was found no place for them.
Rev 20:12
I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and they opened books. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 The sea gave up the dead who were in it. Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them.
They were judged, each one according to his works.
Rev 20:14 Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire.
This is the second death, the lake of fire.
Rev 20:15
If anyone was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.
** Psa 69:28
Let them be blotted out of the book of life, and not be written with the righteous.
Rev_3:5 He who overcomes will be arrayed in white garments, and I will in no way
blot his name out of the book of life, and I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels
Rev_13:8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him
, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been killed.
Revelation complicates things by speaking of Two Resurrections, With the First One being those who were beheaded for refusing to worship the 'Little Horn", followed by those who are found in the "Book of Life".
But No Where, in The Scriptures, can it found where Millions/Billions of widely different in Belief "Christians" are gathered up to Heaven, so as to escape, "The Time of Yacob's Trouble"/"Tribulation".
