This is a Republican primary, dumb ass. What the hell do you care which Republican wins?

America is not a democracy so how can it be over? And great let it die in your racist mind.

What the F does "hear appeals by GOP voters" mean?

You vote, they count the total, someone receives more votes than another. Unless there was illegal voting or faulty machines, what is there to appeal? This isn't how a democratic process works, "hey go vote, and if the Establishment doesn't like the results and wish to keep the old, grey, crusty well paid guy in, we will allow you to change the winner".

This will indeed become common place. Politics are being over run with poor losers.

The High Court has no problem reversing long standing precedents for political purposes.

"One unusual feature of the Elections Clause is that it does not confer the power to regulate congressional elections on states as a whole, but rather the “Legislature” of each state. The Supreme Court has construed the term “Legislature” extremely broadly to include any entity or procedure that a state’s constitution permits to exercise lawmaking power. Thus, laws regulating congressional elections may be enacted not only by a state’s actual legislature, but also directly by a state’s voters through the initiative process or public referendum, in states that allow such procedures.

I think political parties set the rules for picking their candidates.

According to the OP's linked article, some are saying there were faulty machines. It might be bullshit, then again, maybe not.

Now that democracy has ended I think is safe to assume you will stop bothering to vote.

Apparently you don't know the difference between a Primary and an election. You see a "Primary" is where a party picks their candidate for an UPCOMING election. Secondly, it would just go to a re-vote if the appeal is upheld.

Do you continue to re-vote until the party leaders get the candidate they want?

This was a small district that had complaints about defective voting machines and a winning vote margin of about 100 votes. This thread is another example of a Democrat Nothing burger.

If you have ever participated in any election you know they do test runs before every election to test the machines.
