We're Talking Northern California Beaches .. lots a sand, lots a sun, surrealistic views and if the fog doesn't roll in, lots a stars and moon at night.

Yes sir ee... almost time for a camping trip with the Gals, my far more than a wife and the gorgeous daughters. Sun ..ocean and salty air.....

We go to a place rare in California.. 15 campsites, on the beach, 15 bucks a night, running water, fire pit and those all important, less than sanitary.. outhouses. With civilization only a 1/2 hour away, all the driftwood you could burn ... yup.. Good Times...good times...:)

seems the beaches of the southeast will be covered in oil shortly...but i am glad you still have nice beaches out west....remember this when they want to drill there too....

Lumpy 1....I know you will have a grand time. I have been to many beaches when living in northern California. Bodega Bay, many times, as well. In that I am a mermaid, I might just swim by you and the family and say, "welcome back...I have missed you." :)

I think the odds of more oil drilling off the California coast are pretty slim..to none.

In Australia the beach is just the neon sign saying 'All You Can Eat' to the Great White Sharks.

I'm going to the beach for a week on vacation this summer too. Going to the Outer Banks of NC. I used to go there very frequently when I was much younger but I haven't been back there in 40 years. Should be a culture shock. I looked a lot better in a bathing suit 40 years ago too but back then they didn't have speedos!!! I am sure to get a nice private spot on the beach when I show up in my speedo. Everybody else will leave laughing and pointing and will have something to tell their grandchildren about! I'm counting the days!

We have a unwritten law in Australia (created by an ice cream company) that you are allowed to wear budgie smugglers (speedos) anytime you can see the water, once you can’t it is considered gross public lewdness.

Warwick Kappa (sort of a football playing, porn producing Fabio) did prison time for this.

Cape May this July, can not wait. Couldn't go last year so it's been awhile. We're renting the same house we did two years ago . . . . plenty of room, 1/2 block from the bay and the very, very, very best part? We can bring the dog!
