Pointing fingers at Sen. Harris isn't fair. She followed the law as all AG's and DA's are required to do, and when she was a Senator her role differed, as well as the fact stated in the article that new DNA methods might supercede the two prior DNA tests which "proved" Cooper was the guilty party.
