Why should tens of millions Americans have to give up having standard capacity magazines because occasionally a few criminals may use them for illegal purposes?

I have over 300 standard capacity magazines. I have never used them in a crime. I never have anticipated using them in a crime. I will never use them in a crime. Since the Constitution says very clearly that the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed why in the hell should the filthy ass government take them away?

Especially knowing that the guns that they are used in are very seldom used in gun crimes. Most gun crimes in this country are perpetrated by inner city thugs, druggies and gang bangers with cheap handguns and no magazine ban is going to curtail that violence.
