You have the nerve to say this after Trump has pardoned all his buddies in prison and has been releasing convicts by the hundreds.
Hey, how's Marc Rich? You know, the rich guy that violated the law, refused to pay his taxes, fled to another country, had his wife donate to Bill Clinton, (and who knows what other services she provided to Billy), and then for some strange crazy reason.... was pardoned!
But of course we know that's not "real" corruption... only Trump can engage in real corruption in Left-wing land.
Bill Clinton versus Trump =no diff.
Well there is actually is a real difference. Most of Trumps big flaws, happened before he was in office.
Clinton violated clear laws while in office, and not only that, but this was clearly documented.... and the left-wing didn't care he lied constantly and violated laws constantly, and supported him even after he left office.
And then you had Hillary, who was worse, and the left-wing supported her.
Then you have the calling absolutely everyone racists, that resulted from Obama.
I'm convinced that it was the Clintons, and Obama, that resulted in Trump. If any of them had not existed, Trump would never have been elected.
Trump was elected by the Electoral College not by the masses..
Right. We're not a democracy. Democracies suck. That's why we're a Republic. Go read the histories of Democracies. They are violent and destroy themselves.
Every country that has ever had a pure democracy has destroyed itself. Which is exactly why we were never supposed to have a public vote on the president to begin with.
Having a public vote results in politicians realizing they can use divide to whip the people into supporting one group over another group, and we saw that with Rich verse Poor, White verse Black, and so on.
The very things we see right now in our country, are exactly the problems Democracies universally have. This is why there was never supposed to be a vote for the President or the Senate.
And if you need more evidence of that, look at the Debt crisis in California.
The whole reason they have this, is because of the direct vote system they have, where people voted for more government programs, but voted against the taxes to pay for their programs.
So, no... the whole Federal Republic system, was a contract with the states, that the balance of power, would not tip only toward the states with the move people, and thus votes.
In order to offset that power balance, we have the electoral college, so that states like Kansas are tyrannized by the whims of New York and L.A.
Yes, Trump was elected without a majority of the public, and rightly so. There is nothing wrong with that. In fact it is good, that the majority of people, can't tyrannize the minority.
