Anyone that wants to is free to home school their children. As a matter of fact I encourage it. If the parents are dumb as rocks it might help if they have to sit down and study the subject matter to teach their own children. Especially if all they're doing is sitting around the house waiting for that welfare check. The government can buy a lot of text books for home schooling if there is a few less teachers in every school. OF course if those parents don't want to teach their kids then they shouldn't be disappointed when the best job the kid can find is washing dishes.
