All of (what we call) scripture (or rather the cannon that was defined by Catholic scholars) is interpreted by the reader. You see what you want to see, for example here's what you see when you read the 6th commandment:

“You shall not murder Americans or Jews but Palestinians, even babies are OK to slaughter and maim".

What's more if you were a teacher and a child ask what the 6th commandment meant, you'd give that child your interpretation, I as a parent don't want demon possessed monsters like you polluting my children's minds with your racism and perverted morality.

While this is, indeed good news, OTH, the localities should be able to chose to display them if they would rather have a more Christian/Jewish oriented public sphere, rather than having drag shows in front of kindergartners.
