A major concern for myself is to apply the term " thereof " in us 14th amendment correctly , to stop illegal migrants from getting 18 years of social subsistence based on a citizenship status of a child whom should have been awarded jus sanguinis citizenship in the maternal country of origin , which will also alleviate the family separation issue and discourage a primary motivator and illegitimate entitlement of illegal migration .

Probably, yes. With a state issued drivers’s license, they will probably get away with it. The hospital will bill a person at a non- existent address leaving the taxpayers to cover the expenses.

One of two things will happen. Either non-citizens will be scared out of seeking treatment in the first place, resulting in spreading health maladies and possibly unnecessary deaths. Or, they will quickly realize, as you point out, simply lying about it is an easy and effective way to move on and get the care they need without repercussions. In the latter case, Texas Republicans will look for a new way to harass illegal immigrants.

I think lying is very easy and natural for people who are in this country illegally
