In March, Texas State Rep. Jessica Farrar, D-Houston, filed a bill that would penalize men for "unregulated masturbatory emissions" and the bill has now made its way into the hands of the Texas State Affairs Committee on Tuesday.

Truth is, if any actually existing living children were being harmed or killed by anyone's act of masterbating, I would support a bill like this.

As it is, a man jerking off does not kill or physically harm any children at all. That is, not unless a (sick) rape or molestation is involved and we already have sufficient laws against that.
