because the employees and customers are constant victims of crime?

Been to China a number of times on business.

No crap on the streets.

Now, they do have slums.

But even in those, things are at least fairly clean.

I don't see entitlement in their culture.

Also, who wants to walk in a land of Giants where 300 and 400 lb women could easily fall and crush the average person from China (who tends to be fairly lean). Also these same babes wear clothes that make people throw up.

Indians, who hate the Chinese, seem to love China. I was at the forbidden city on a very croweded day. It was mostly folks from India.

ITMT, a lot of this is probably due to two simple facts:

1. China has a 2000 year history of building and artifacts worth going to see.
2. The USA is actively cracking down on foreigners and illegals intending ill towards America, good reason for fewer to come here.

No matter. China needs the business and in a few years once aliens are deported and national security is stable, tourism to the USA will be right back.

So for many, China is a better deal.

China has some awesome, well-developed, and very affordable tourist destinations with excellent hotels.

I have been to different parts of China three times in the last three years and I thoroughly recommend it.

It should be noted that based on my own observations only about 10% or fewer are non-Chinese tourists and fewer than that are Westerners.

If China is picking up more international tourism then I don’t blame hatred of our President, I can testify it’s because they earned it.
