You're not going to stop any mass murder by making it harder to impossible for law abiding citizens to buy a gun. Criminals don't care about laws. That's why they're criminals in the first place. Their plan is to allow people to petition a court under their red flag law. That means a person can lose their constitutional rights to own a gun without being present in court or the ability to defend themselves. It's totally unconstitutional and will be fought all the way to the Supreme Court.
