Wrong. You are trying to get us to feel sorry for an abuser. Not going to happen.. Why? We actually read the case and know the facts. Oh darn. Sucks don't it.
I don't feel sorry for him. I would even go so far to say that what he SHOULD have done is sign over power of attorney to her family and gave them half the settlement.
Legally, however, he was in the right. Scientifically, he was in the right.
Was he in the right legally and scientifically when he put her in a coma to begin with? Or do you really believe a husband with a history of domestic abuse had nothing to do with it?
