Ted Cruz's questioning of Ketanji Brown Jackson correctly called out by Ron Pearlman

How come Trump's asseaters like Cruz, Graham, Blackburn, Cotton, Hawley etc didn't object when she was appointed to the federal court of appeals if she's lenient on pedos, mouth breather?
Just because you exist on a steady diet of ass doesn’t mean that anybody else does. Did it ever dawn on that dimple-in-a-thimble-sized brain of yours that maybe they didn’t know about her prior judicial behavior to the same degree back in the day? (Maybe you don’t understand the dynamic of digging deeper as things get more important. It’s not like you’re smart at all.)

Pearlman is a great actor but he is wrong about Cruz

Everyone knows Cruz is the Biggest Dick in Congress
But while Cruz may be a Big Dick, he surrendered his Balls to Donald Trump when he would not defend his wife when Trump called her ugly.
Why are you racist against Hispanics?

The Trump cultists are less intelligent and less moral than the average cult.
And you are less intelligent than even the lowest amoeba. At least they could stay on topic. Remember Ketanji Brown Jackson?

Nah. Probably not.

You are asking if clipper has basic critical thinking skills. Don't bother going there.

That I trigger pearl clutching beta pussies like you gratifies me to no end.

Mission accomplished. :laugh2:

its disgusted rather than triggered.

That’s not evidence of racism even if true. Senators ask the questions they ask (often roasting a nominee) to make whatever points they choose to make. Asking about a judge’s predilection to approve of a racist teaching theory like CRT or asking a judge about a judicial appearance of lenient sentencing for pedophile related convicted defendants isn’t evidence of racism. It’s evidence going to the issue of her qualifications or lack thereof.

Heck, Cruz had no problem with his own dad being called a JFK killer by Rump, do you think he is going to mind if his wife is called ugly by the orange douche?

Ted Cruz's questioning of Ketanji Brown Jackson correctly called out by Ron Pearlman.
Pearlman says:
Cruz was trying to "appeal to the real lowest form of humanity here in the United States, the bottom feeders, people who pride themselves on hatred and un-education and inability to read and inability to understand the difference between true patriotism and the bulls*** you’re selling"

How true. Cruz is going after the Trump's base.

Anyone who believes an out of touch Hollywood American hating leftist’s opinion means anything they you are retarded.

This is so ironic coming from Pearlman. This guy is one of the crudest most disrespectful POS in the country. Fuck that guy. The 3 Trump appointees were asked much more disrespectful questions and true Demorats abs media treated them so much more disrespectful and pushed so much disinformation.

A few tough questions, like what is a woman? Why did you ignore sentencing guidelines and give lower sentences to pedophiles? Why did you represent Islamic Terrorists? She was asked about CRT and BLM support, which are racist ideologies.

She was asked about her judicial rulings and not unsubstantiated accusations of misconduct in HIGHSCHOOL, which objective journalism could point out all the holes in accuser’s allegations!

Personal opinions on CRT has nothing at all to do with legal qualifications, and pedophilia sentencing has to be on a case by case basis, so is totally irrelevant also.

The "hate" is very strong in Pearlman. He demonizes anyone who isnt a leftwing dipshit.

Wrong.
Biology is complex and not something to ask a judge about.
Pedophile sentences or any sentences have to be on a case by case basis, not cookie cutter guidelines, (which by the way are inherently illegal.)
Any lawyer would represent Islamic Terrorists or anyone, as legal ethics require it.
No one has a single definition of what CRT even is.
BLM is not racists, but about police shooting way too many people.

Wrong and wrong. The issue about CRT and parental input into school districts’ curriculum is very likely to become a litigated issue. So, ascertaining a nominee’s opinions on that matter has a great deal to do with assessing she warrants support for confirmation.

Likewise, how she handles sentencing for pedophiles is indicative of a myriad of issues pertaining to her judicial philosophy. Is she a lenient sentenced overall? Is that part of her judicial philosophy? If so, why? Can she articulate that philosophy? Is it appropriate for a judge to have such preconceived notions? Will her motions affect her judicial determinations in such matters down the road? She won’t be handing down any sentences as a SCOTUS Associate Justice. But she could be overturning perfectly proper sentences not because of judicial error at the trial level, but based on her own predilections. Unless you think she’s entitled to a rubber stamped confirmation, all of those things are appropriate fodder for questioning to make a determination about whether she should be confirmed. (And don’t fret, anyway. I’m confident that she will be confirmed. Soon.)
