At 7:20 in this video of the hearings where Cruz is questioning Jackson, she says, "I have never studied critical race theory."Ted Cruz's questioning of Ketanji Brown Jackson correctly called out by Ron Pearlman.
Pearlman says:
Cruz was trying to "appeal to the real lowest form of humanity here in the United States, the bottom feeders, people who pride themselves on hatred and un-education and inability to read and inability to understand the difference between true patriotism and the bulls*** you’re selling"
How true. Cruz is going after the Trump's base.
Seconds later, Cruz quotes a speech she made where she indicated that her sentencing was guided in part by critical race theory.

WATCH: Ted Cruz Stumps Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson on Critical Race Theory in Sentencing
Sen. Ted Cruz questioned Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson about her support for the "1619 Project" and Critical Race Theory.

Her answer to explain the obvious inconsistency is not convincing.
You should quit getting your opinions from Hellboy, and form your own informed opinions after watching what actually happened.
