Tearing it down and starting over will involve lots of death of people. With no laws, vigilantism will suddenly be legal. You will have a much higher chance of being killed, for something you didn't do.

People will have to form gangs, for protection. Gangs are a type of government. Gangs have rules (like snitches get stitches) that are really laws.

There will be no burden of proof.

Thus, anarchy cannot last for much longer than a few weeks.

That's why Marx was wrong. Socialism does not lead to Communism. It's the reverse.
