"Seventh grader Isaiah Elliott, who is a student at Grand Mountain School in Colorado Springs, was attending his virtual art class on August 27, when he briefly held the toy gun in his hand. His art teacher informed his mom that the incident had been reported to Grand Mountain School Vice Principal Keri Lindaman, who said police had been called -- A short time later, deputies from the sheriff's office arrived to their home. During their visit, Isaiah's father, Curtis Elliott, said that their son 'was in tears when the cops came' -- Police said in a report that they advised Isaiah that if his behavior continued, he could 'potentially face criminal charges.."

In the pictures above, you can clearly see this young thug's fascination with guns -- he even has a gun rack for all of his weapons and he thinks this is something to be proud of?? His parents tried to claim their kid has ADHD and is easily distracted and that may have played a factor in him threatening staff and students with guns and disrupting the class -- for which he has been suspended for 5 days....Luckily this kid was at home when he did this, can you imagine the terror he could have caused if he did this in an actual classroom??

Now his parents are whining and crying victim and planning to transfer their little thug to a different school -- why? So he can disrupt classes at that school too? When are the parents of these thug kids gonna learn that their kids are not allowed to play with the same types of toys as good kids are?? I would say if this black thug had a father, maybe it would have turned out to be a good kid -- but this kid does have a father, a father who is married to the kid's mother -- like in a real nuclear family type setting -- and the kid is still a thug.....

Yeah, he looks like he's on the school-to-prison pipeline.

Considering the fact that it was a toy gun, to me, the person who dialed the law should be reprimanded for their act of false reporting.

God bless you and the boy always!!!

Holly

P.S. Even if it had been a real gun, the boy was at his own home and spotted no where else with it.

We will get a breakdown of his previous form, how many kids he has got and stuff and obvs membership of BLM soon enough.

Good thing he didn't use his finger like a gun......then all Hell would break loose.

Too bad he wasn't playing the theme song from: "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka" in the background.

Obviously, I would remove the child from that idiot institution.
Stop paying all taxes to the school district.
Sue the livin' bejesus out of the school and those involved.

It would be IMPOSSIBLE to expect one of these jackass democrat-run public schools to have the intelligence to simply stop and tell the boy not to play with toys during class and forward an email to the parents saying same.

That school better pray to god they have a PUBLISHED policy handed out to parents warning that any such toy seen on video, in the background, will be treated the same as an actual weapon in the physical classroom.

In many issues and program in our government, it is all or nothing. Computer use to be just on and off. Then fuzzy logic started where it can be something in between at any level. Government needs to advance in that direction without the fear of a hundred lawyers showing up.

They call cops on white boys for simply drawing a gun or making a gun with thier hands and going pew pew pew

It's progressive leftrads like you who have brought us to this point

The kid will probably get shot robbing a liquor store anyway later in life ...

Colorado Springs is a Democrat run city??

Or is that just something you pull out your ass when you don't know what the fuk you are talking about?

I don’t understand what the problem is? If you’re going to fight for the rights of kooks to carry guns, why not a responsible 12-year-old?
I dont think the black kid in the op dis anything wrong

The lib teacher overreacted

Before liberals took over the culture 12- year olds used to bring guns to their rural classrooms and go hinting after school

Older boys kept a rifle or shotgun in the back window of there pickups with no mass shootings

But I understand with so many people being driven crazy by lib culture why that's no longer a good idea

I notice that the lib media id’s the kid by name bit not the art teacher who reported him to the police

Are you saying the Daily Mail is lib media? And technically, according to the article, it was the named vice principle who reported it to the police.
Technically dont cut it

the art teacher made the first complaint

any competent journalist would report that even if he is a limey
